1. SITGES BLAU, Club de Bridge (hereinafter BRIDGE SITGES BLAU or CLUB) is a non-profit association registered in the Register of Associations of the Generalitat de Catalunya with number 61533.

4. Our activities are focused on the Bridge game and include promotion, teaching and the organization of events (“pools” and / or tournaments) that we can carry out both in the usual gaming venue and in other locations.

5. BRIDGE SITGES BLAU (CLUB) is affiliated to the “Catalan Bridge Association (ACB)” and by extension to the “Spanish Bridge Association (AEB)”, a Sports Promotion entity registered in the Registry of Sports Associations of the Superior Council sports.

6. The CLUB informs all its associates, players, referees, teachers and collaborators, as well as all users of the website, who have provided, or are going to do so, their personal data, that these will be incorporated into an automated record, property of BRIDGE SITGES BLAU and whose purpose is to report on the activities of the CLUB and their results, and also on other activities in the “world” of the Bridge.

7. These data will not be transferred in any case to third parties, unless expressly requested by the player who owns them.

8. The associates and players when registering in the pools and tournaments expressly consent that their data (name, email and telephone number) be processed for the aforementioned purposes and they state that they have been informed of this.

9. By contacting the CLUB through what is indicated in point 3, said users can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability, cancellation and opposition by e-mail or letter attaching a photocopy / scan of their ID or identification document substitute, to the data of
contact before exposed.

10. BRIDGE SITGES BLAU informs all those who participate in its pools and / or tournaments that the results, classifications, photos and other information about them may be uploaded to the website www.bridgesitgesblau.com, as well as be forwarded by email-with blind copy.
